Ms. Vani Chawla completed her Bachelor’s (B-Com ,Hons) degree in Commerce Stream from City College ( Shivanath Shastry College) ,Calcutta University, in the year 1992 . Although she graduated from Commerce stream ,her main interest was in the field of Arts and she took up her childhood passion and steered it to make it her profession. She’s been painting and exhibiting her works as a freelance artist since 2004. Since 2004 her works have been exhibited in various galleries in different cities of India and abroad like The Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata, Birla Academy, Habitat Centre-Delhi, Nehru Centre – Mumbai , Indian Embassy in Moscow, Indian Community Centre in Atlanta,U.S. and private gallery in Stockholm,Sweden.
She has attended many Art camps and Workshops like – Art for sports , camp for Tata 25K marathon from year 2016 – 2019. Art workshop for Anthellion school of Arts etc. Certificate of Merit for top 50 artists from Ora art , all India art show organized by Mojarto. She is at present working as a freelance artist and exhibiting her works in galleries.
